We recently completed all the bricklaying work for a beautiful new development of 2, 3, and 4-bedroom homes in Kent, working on behalf of the property developer Beyond Homes. This collection of family homes, known as Hope Orchard, is located in a peaceful countryside setting, offering modern living with excellent access to local facilities and strong transport links across the South East and into London.

Our role on this project was solely focused on the brickwork and blockwork for the entire development. From boundary walls to full structural builds, our team provided the complete bricklaying service from the ground up, delivering solid, consistent results in line with Beyond Homes’ high standards.

Traditional Brick Construction With Modern Appeal

All the homes in the Hope Orchard development are built using traditional brick and block construction, combining a classic appearance with lasting strength and performance. We worked closely with site managers and other contractors to keep the project on track, making sure every stage of the bricklaying was completed to specification.

Each home is finished externally in a locally influenced design, helping the development blend naturally into its surroundings. Our work had to not only meet technical and safety standards but also deliver a clean and attractive finish that contributes to the overall look and feel of the site.

Although our scope was limited to the brickwork, we had the privilege of working on a development that truly stands out in terms of specification and layout. Each property comes with two allocated parking spaces, with many benefiting from spacious carports. The homes are equipped with Stoneham kitchens—supplied by a Royal Warrant holder—as well as modern electrical fittings, electric vehicle charging points on selected plots, and landscaped rear gardens.

Nearby Tonbridge Train Station offers direct services to London Bridge in just 32 minutes, and the site is well connected to the A21, M20, and M25, making it ideal for commuters and families alike.
