About The Circus Street Development

The Circus Street Development in Brighton is a transformative project, comprising:

• 450 purpose-built student accommodation units.
• 142 build-to-rent apartments.
• A 30,000 sq. ft six-storey office building.
• A four-storey building for Southeast Dance.
• A basement carpark, landscaped areas and energy-efficient infrastructure.

The development also included ten reinforced concrete (RC) frame blocks, some rising up to 13 storeys, with extensive façade work and accompanying S278 works. Our role within this vast project focused on the brickwork, a key element in creating the signature look of this modern space.
